NBC Universal’s global phenomenon “The Biggest Loser,” has grown to become a standalone health and lifestyle brand by developing tools and products inspired by the show and approved by its doctors and experts. In order to maximize consumer product opportunities, NBC Universal needed to develop merchandising and cross-merchandising concepts their sales force could use to sell in incremental products and opportunities to existing and new retailers.
